A convenient and handy solution to having kitchen tools and spices close by while cooking is using a Lazy Susan next to your stove. Use a container to house all frequently used utensils (i.e. whisks, serving spoons, spatula, small strainer) and place in the center of the Lazy Susan. Next, place all your commonly used spices, dried herbs, salt, pepper, cooking wines around the utensil container. I recommend putting cooking wines in smaller, spill-proof bottles.
